Completed in 2023, this project breathes new life into a historic century home nestled near the serene Bay of Quinte, celebrated for its abundant nature and avian wildlife. The renovation meticulously upgraded the residence from a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath to a spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, through the innovative redesign of the second floor and the conversion of a main floor office into a functional bedroom.

Preserving the home's original character while infusing it with modern amenities, this transformation honors the property's legacy. Drawing inspiration from the area's rich avian presence, our "Canadian Birds" theme pays homage to the local wildlife, integrating elements that reflect the beauty and diversity of birds into the home's design. This approach not only highlights the unique location's natural attributes but also creates a living space that is in harmony with its surroundings.
