Completed in 2022, this renovation project reimagined a 1970s split-level bungalow, featuring 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, into an urban, modern in-town home designed to captivate vacation rental guests. The design scope centered on refreshing the furniture and overall aesthetic, infusing the space with new life through carefully chosen furniture, vibrant accent paint colors, and contemporary artwork. This transformation embraced the concept of urban modernity, creating a more appealing and functional environment that blends seamlessly with the convenience and charm of in-town living, making it an ideal retreat for guests in search of a stylish and cozy urban getaway.
